Down Proofer 225 ml

Many down filled items have a DWR treatment of the external face to protect the performance of the down filling. Re-proofing is necessary when the DWR starts to age and lose its water repellent properties. The Storm Down Proofer is designed to be used in the same washing cycle as the Down Wash, saving on water and power.

• Instructions: Shake bottle, pour 75ml into conditioner compartment then wash following garment manufacturer’s guidelines. For optimum performance use Storm Down Wash in detergent compartment in the same cycle. Requires a tumble dry. Dry for longer than expected and pause the drying and manually plump the item to ensure the down is evenly distributed throughout the garment
