Return & Refund Policy

In-store Purchases:

Get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
The items must be in the original condition that you received them (unused and in original packaging).
Please bring proof of purchase.

Online Store Purchases:

Get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
The items can be brought to the store or posted to us, as long as they arrive in-store within the 30 days of purchase.
The items must be in the original condition that you received them (unused and in original packaging).
You will be required to cover the return postage costs.

Fill in the returns slip in your parcel and include it with the items you wish to return.
If your parcel did not contain a packing/returns slip, please email us at hello@booley.ie.

Returning Goods from Outside the EU:

You must clearly state on the package that you are returning goods, and this should enable the parcel to arrive without customs charges being incurred. Please speak to your postal provider for additional information, as instructions may vary. Should any customs charges be incurred, they will be the responsibility of the customer. You will be contacted by An Post, the Irish national postal service, if there are any charges. Your item will be returned to sender if the customs charge was not paid by the “pay by date".

Restricted Items:

Out of concern for the safety of our customers (including you!), we are absolutely unable to refund or exchange any kind of personal protective equipment. Personal protective equipment includes, but is not limited to, snow and climbing safety gear such as slings, ropes, harnesses, carabiners, awnings, helmets, descenders, blockers, cleats, pulleys, belts, ice screws, traditional climbing protection, camming devices and quickdraws; flotation devices such as life-vests and buoyancy aids; kayaking/canoeing gear such as helmets, ropes, carabiners.

In the interest of hygiene, we are not able to accept the return of underwear, or swimwear where the hygiene sticker has been removed.

Faulty Items:

If you believe that your item is faulty, bring it into store - along with proof of purchase - so that we can make an assessment and decide on how to proceed. Please note that we are unable to move forward with an assessment unless we have proof of purchase.

Discounted / On Offer Items:

If you have purchased an item at a discount, you are only eligible for a refund of the discounted amount.

If you return an item that has been discounted using a one time use discount code, we are unable to reissue the discount code. The discount code is valid for one purchase only. Should you wish to exchange the discounted item for a different size/colour of the same item we are happy to honour the discount on the exchanged item.

If you have purchased items under a Buy One, Get One Free (BOGOF) offer, both items must be returned for a full refund. If you wish to keep one of the items this must be repurchased at full price; the BOGOF offer is only valid when purchasing items in the offer in multiples of two, returning one of these items voids the offer.
